WELCOME TO FINLAND, THE ULTIMATE DESTINATION FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE PHOTOGRAPHY TRIP.
Imagine a landscape straight out of a fairy tale. Snow sparkling under the arctic sun, frozen lakes beneath a starry sky, and forests covered in a thick blanket of snow.
We'll travel by train to the famous Rovaniemi, where we'll pick up our team van to explore the landscapes of the Arctic Circle. We'll experience the ultimate adventure by traveling on an icebreaker, crossing part of the frozen Gulf of Bothnia. We'll feel the adrenaline of driving a sled pulled by enthusiastic huskies and immerse ourselves in the absolute tranquility of the Finnish night, hoping to capture the magical Northern Lights dancing in the sky.
Our stay in a wooden chalet in the countryside will offer us a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for sharing our experiences and photos and enjoying each other's company.
This trip is a unique opportunity to combine your love for photography with the exploration of one of the most magical places on the planet. Come with us on this adventure and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Friday 27 February
Day 1
We begin our adventure with a flight from Greece to Helsinki, the capital of Finland. After arriving, we'll have time for a short walk through the city. We can stroll through the frozen market square, admire the iconic Helsinki Cathedral with its impressive white facade, and enjoy a hot chocolate at one of the city's cozy cafes. In the evening, we'll board the overnight train to Rovaniemi. The journey is magical as we cross the country, leaving the southern cities behind and gradually entering the ethereal, snowy landscape of the North. We'll sleep on the train, in anticipation of seeing Rovaniemi, the official home of Santa Claus.

Conditions for participation
Participants
The minimum number of participants is 6 people.
If this number has not been filled 30 days before departure, then the trip will be cancelled and the money paid by the participants will be returned, without any other obligation on the part of the organizers. Participants will be informed according to the contact information they have entered in the registration form.
The participant assumes full responsibility to judge whether they can participate in the trip without burdening their health, as well as to ensure that they will not endanger their health and safety, or those of other participants. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the weather in the Arctic Circle is changeable and unpredictable; for this reason the organizers are not responsible for cancelling any excursions or changing plans for this reason. Also in the event that the participant is put at risk of either injury, loss of a limb, or life itself, the organizer's liability is limited to proper preparation and correct decision-making/choice/change of plan, and to providing instructions to ensure the physical integrity and mental and spiritual health of the participants as much as possible.
The participant is responsible and accountable for the honest declaration of their state of health, acknowledges and accepts that the organizer is not responsible for pre-existing injuries or health problems, as well as for any burden that their state of health may suffer from participation in the trip. In the event that the participant cannot cope with the planned trip/ excursions/ activities due to a false or insufficient declaration of their health status or unavailability (due to their own fault) of the equipment required, the organizers may remove the participant from the trip/ excursion/ activity, with the sole obligation of ensuring safety and calling official rescue assistance, if and when needed. The cost of the rescue is borne exclusively by the participant. In the event that the said participant puts the whole group or another member at risk, due to false or insufficient declaration of health status or problems, they shall bear the sole liability for any financial claim or any legal judgement.

Any change / cancellation / update on behalf of the participants must be addressed to the Email: [email protected]
In case of cancellation of participation, the following shall apply:
1. For your participation in the excursion, a deposit of €500 is required upon registration, to the Alpha Bank account GR5701401580158002002012768 (Sofia Vlavianou) and payment of the total amount by the date of the event.
2. For cancellations up to 60 days before the activity, there is the right to a 100% refund of the money, minus the cost of bank transactions for the reservation and the refund of the money.
3. For cancellations between 60 and 30 days before the activity, there is the right to a 50% refund of the participation cost, minus the cost of bank transactions for the reservation and the refund of the money.
4. For cancellations less than 7 days before the date of the event, there is no right to a refund, and the entire cost of the excursion is retained.
5. The excursion will only take place if the minimum number of people (6) is reached. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached, the date of the event will be postponed.
6. In the event of cancellation by the organizers due to failure to reach the required number of people, the entire amount will be refunded. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure within the last 48 hours before the departure date, the right to withhold reasonable expenses is reserved. In any case, an attempt will be made to postpone the trip to a later date.
7. The organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any time.
